Change the R & D management mode and enhance the core competitiveness of Enterprises -- The special PK competition of "Golden Ideas" for R & D innovation came to a successful conclusion

Recently, our director has emphasized that technology is the primary productive force on many occasions, and KELONG must pay attention to the innovation of R&D management mode to change the status quo of "working hard behind closed door." In order to implement the chairman's R&D management philosophy of "Going out, Bringing in" and create an open R&D atmosphere throughout the group, on the afternoon of May 5, 2017, the Strategic Development Department held a special PK competition for R&D and innovation "Golden Ideas" in the 310 electronic classroom of the Group. Hope that through the PK competition, the subsidiaries will collide and learn from each other, create sparks of ideas, stimulate innovation, and improve the level of research and development.


In this PK competition, a total of 10 projects from 6 subsidiaries of the three major industries in the group participated in the PK. Song Erhu, Chief Engineer of the Group, Shen Chengbing, Deputy Chief Engineer of Electrical Appliances Company, Pan Delin, Director of Power Technology Department of New Taihang, and Guo Jinxing, Chief Engineer of Tianlong Company, served as judges, Li Guosheng, the head of the Group's Strategic Development Department, the head of the R&D team and the project manager of the subsidiary, served as public reviewers. The technical and R&D personnel of the subsidiary participated in the study and discussion and participated in the scoring in the form of on-site likes.


Participants are well prepared, with PPT illustrations and texts, which show in detail the models used in the project's R&D process and the results achieved. The judges’ comments both fully affirmed the players’ achievements and put forward relevant suggestions for improvement

After 3 hours of fierce competition, the "Internet + R&D" project of the electrical company Wang Quangang won the champion of this PK competition and won a prize of 2,000 yuan; New energy co., ltd. Li Jingjing’s “Power 622 material + battery industry chain research and development” project and Tianlong’s Wang Ziqi and “A new type of belt conveyor development model innovation” project won the second prize and won a prize of 1,000 yuan; Li Zhiliang’s “Midea 416 Microchannel Product R&D” project, Wang Yixin’s “Rail Transit Standard Lithium Titanate Project” project of the new Taihang Power Supply Division, and Yuan Xuehong’s “Large Capacity Single Valve Development” project of the refrigeration technology company Yuan Xuehong won the third prize. For the second prize, each won a bonus of 500 yuan.


Finally, Li Guosheng, director of the Group’s Strategic Development Department, congratulated the winners and saidIn the Internet era, R&D must establish a "platform master + external experts + internal technology craftsman" model. The use of the Internet and borderless methods rely on external experts to provide ideas and information, and rely on internal technology craftsmen to conduct rapid process experiments, accelerate the research and development process, and improve the level of research and development.  I hope that the participating R&D teams will conscientiously summarize after returning, learn from the excellent R&D management models of other companies in their work, and quickly transform R&D projects into benefits, so as to truly develop the enterprise, achieve themselves, work happily, and live a happy life.
